Together, we will create a wants, wishes, and needs list, allowing me to set up an automated email list custom-tailored specifically to your requirements, sending new listings directly to you. As the source of a source when you need information that I do not know or cannot provide. I can provide contact information on utilities, zoning, schools, and more to enable you to make choices important to you. Using the Steps to Ownership packet, you can track your progress on the journey to the closing table. I'm available seven days a week for questions- just a phone call, text, or email away.

As Your Seller Agent

Selling a property on your own can be overwhelming. Advertising, open houses and private showings, offers to negotiate, contract contingencies, and paperwork that must be done correctly can all be more than the seller wants to do. When you choose me as your REALTOR®, I pledge to work together with you to sell your property. I will perform a comparable market analysis to determine the most appropriate price for your home or land. I can make suggestions for staging and/or landscaping that will help draw buyers in.
